He has participated in patents on several products of his design that are still in use in hospitals and EMS today. He has actively participated in Emergency Medicine with FEMA and Homeland Security. Joe brings vast experience in sales and marketing, both domestic and international. He has manufactured in Japan and China and has market experience in the Far East, Middle East, Europe and South America.

A 30 year AT&T Engineer (retired) and now a Project Manager, Ray works on all phases of project procurement and execution, including proposal development, cost and time analyses and scope assessment. Member of the Project Management Institute and ISO 9000-trained, he collaborates with staff members to identify procurement opportunities and provide execution strategies.
